Thank you for shopping at Always Me by Anne Li! Customer satisfaction and safety is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange within 2 days of delivery. We only accept unopened merchandise with tags.

Exchanges can only be made for the same style number.

You will be responsible for the return shipping. Returned items should include Always Me’s packaging, stickers, and tags. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages. Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
